At Shock Surplus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track the progress of your return to our warehouse.
